Chino Twill Care Instructions

Machine wash using mild detergent. Do not use bleach. Dry at a normal dryer setting on household machines.

Acrylic Felt Care Instructions

Machine wash using warm water only (under 110° F) and mild detergent. Do not use bleach. Dry at normal dryer settings on household machines. Felt can be ironed.

Q:
Is a one-color Distressed Appliqué available as Pre-Aligned?
A:
Pre-Aligned refers to two-color orders. This means the foreground layer comes pre-positioned on the background.
Q:
What is a decorative stitch? (referred to on the Distressed Appliqué order form)
A:
The decorative stitch is the finishing stitch that is seen on the top of the appliqué once sewn. If your design is two colors, you may have a decorative stitch on the foreground only or on the foreground and background. If you choose to have the decorative stitch on the foreground only, the background layer will curl and distress more after time. Decorative stitches are available in two styles, Zig Zag or Bean Stitch
Q:
How does my sew disk work?
A:
Ordering a sew disk with your appliqués simplifies the process for you. First a placement stitch will show you where to place the layer of appliqués. This is then secured with a tack-down stitch. The edges of the appliqués and any direct embroidery are then added. If there are multiple layers in the appliqués, each layer will have a placement and a tack-down stitch.
Q:
What is an appliqué stop?
A:
An appliqué stop is where the needle stops after sewing the garment.
Q:
How do I find my reorder number?
A:
The reorder number is located on the packing slip under the bar code. Reorders can only be placed by calling our Customer Service Department 800-478-2457.
Q:
Where do I upload my custom cut artwork?
A:
