What Does Hotronix® Add to the Stampinator™?
Hotronix® is adding award winning heat technology and made in the USA manufacturing. Hotronix® heaters are known for consistent heating throughout their cast-aluminum platens, the tight manufacturing tolerances for upper platen consistency, and an industry-leading warranty.
Why Would a Screen Printer Want to Add the Stampinator™?
The Stampinator’s heat printing technology provides screen printers the ability to compress fibers for better ink application; offer an in-line, flash drying function, or allow for the addition of transfer application functionality to a screen at high speeds. By incorporating this in-line heat press technology, decorators can achieve full automation, increasing output from 20 shirts per hour to a staggering 480 shirts per hour—all within their existing automatic screen print press setup.
Can I Use the Stampinator™ on a Manual Press?
This technology is in development and will be coming soon.
Can I Use the Stampinator™ as a Flash Dryer?
Absolutely. Typical flash time is 2-3 seconds.
How Often Will I Have to Replace the Teflon Sheet?
The Teflon sheet should last several years. We always recommend having a replacement in stock and to replace the sheet when it shows signs of wear or is torn.
I’m Using My Stampinator™ for the First Time, and it’s Smoking a Little. Is This Normal?
Yes, the heating element is burning off dust and debris that has accumulated during the storage, packing, and shipping process.
What’s the Warranty on the Stampinator™?
There is a two-year warranty on the controller, a lifetime warranty on the heater, and a one-year warranty on parts.
Is There Aftermarket Support on the Stampinator™?
Yes, we have a robust support system to assist you in assembly and production for the machine. The Hotronix® Technical Support Team will support Hotronix® manufactured Stampinator™ units with Blue Ribbon 24/7/365 Support.
